A man is being sued by his former employer after he left the company and took a 17,000-strong Twitter following with him.
Why?

Apparently Noah and a “strong personality”. This man built a following of 17K in 4 years.  The business, Phonedog, however, argues that it was the brand that people were following not the “persona” or the personality. What do you think? Do you follow brands or brands with Personality??
