It’s about developing, or emulating, your company culture online and throwing the doors open wide for feedback, likes and dislikes, retweets, recommendations or whatever the consumer wants to say or do with the information.”
I agree with this Rule – with the emphasis being on the keywords “cerebral and organic”, which certainly fall into the realm of the creative communicator. If you don’t think you fit the bill with respect to your social media, if you don’t understand what these terms mean in terms of effective communications — I suggest you outsource your social media – at least to start, to someone who knows what it means to be cerebral and organic simultaneously. Eventually it will all make sense.
